1. Before every big test we tell kids to get a good dinner and a good breakfast.

2. Get a good night of sleep.
I opted to not sleep, get out of bed before the sun, and go on a 6 mile run. Guess that makes up for me sitting all day.
3. Stay hydrated.
I’m pretty sure caffeine counts as hydration. Or dehydration. One of the two.
4. Keep your body nourished during testing.

5. Keep a positive attitude and do your best.
Yep. That pretty much sums it up.
